Blood Tests
If your GP has asked you to have a blood test, please book the test online using the following link https://www.vernovahealthcare.org/book-a-blood-test/ or call 01625 264095 but remember to collect your blood form from the reception desk at South Park Surgery before attending the first floor for your test appointment to avoid any inconvenience.
Getting your test results
When you have had a test, you will be told how long it will take to get the result. The practice will not contact you if your test is normal but if you would like to check on your results, as they will subsequently be available on the NHS app.
Our data protection and confidentiality policy means we can only give results to the patient themselves without prior permission.

If you would like to know your results, these can be accessed via the NHS App. Alternatively, please contact the practice either by calling 01625 422249 or submit an online enquiry.
