Access to Mounjaro (Tirzepatide) for weight loss

The new weight management medication ‘Tirzepatide’ (brand name Mounjaro®) is now available to NHS patients to support weight loss.

However, please be aware that they are not currently available via your GP Practice.

NHS Cheshire and Merseyside is currently in the process of establishing new community-based weight management services (which are set to launch this summer), and are working as quickly as possible to make these services available across Cheshire and Merseyside.
